COURSE DESCRIPTION
The appraisal of real estate fulfills a vital economic function in our country. Appraisals are used in hundreds of different ways in both government and the private sector. The importance of the appraiser’s role is reflected in the standards of professionalism established and the increasing government regulation of appraisal practice. In order to fill their vital role, real estate appraisers must have a solid understanding of what an appraisal is, as well as the nature of real estate and real property rights.
This comprehensive course is designed to meet all educational and legal requirements pursuant to R.A. 9646: Real Estate Service Act of the Philippines (RESA) for the professional practice of real estate appraisers. It aims to provide you a complete body of knowledge in the discipline of real estate appraisals. Like all professionals, appraisal is governed by widely accepted standards of practice and rules of ethical conduct.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

• Qualified Applicants for licensure examination for Real Estate Appraisers :
In order to be admitted to the licensure examination for real estate appraiser, a candidate at the time of filing his/her application shall establish to the satisfaction of the Board that he/she possesses the following qualifications :

(a) A citizen of the Philippines,
(b) A holder of relevant bachelor’s degree from a state university or college, or other educational institution duly recognized by CHED: Provided, That he/she has completed at least one hundred twenty (120) credit units of real estate appraisal/valuation subjects and training from accredited service providers, as may be determined by the Board;
(c) Is of good moral character, and must not have been convicted of any crime involving moral turpitude,
• Real Estate Appraisers and Brokers who need CPE credit hours for PRC registration without examination;
• Real estate practitioners who wish to upgrade and refresh their knowledge of real estate appraisal practice and business;
• Professionals and businessmen who wish to gain knowledge and insights on Real Estate Appraisal.

NREA Member Php 20,000.00
Php 10,000.00 (Downpayment)
Php 5,000.00 (2nd Payment)
Php 5,000.00 (on or before June 5)

Non – Member Php 22,500.00
Php 11,250.00 (Downpayment)
Php 5,625.00 (2nd Payment)

  3. The review process should assess the reasonableness of the appraisal including valuation methods, assumptions, data sources users, and that the entire report is well supported. ... The Residential Appraisal Review Department is staffed by both Certified Residential and Licensed real estate appraisers.
